Are there rats in your sewer line?
Today our company was working at a clients home in West. St. Paul and we discovered rats living in their sewer line.
Before we cleaned the sewer line we inserted our camera into the line to check on the condition of the pipe. We saw missing pipe and dirt wholes which is not a good sign. When running the camera further and further done into the sewer line we started to see movement. Finally, we notice it was a rat running around back and forth in the sewer line. The homeowners were freaked out and were told to repair sections of their sewer pipe. In cases where rats or any animals or found in ones sewer line be sure to have your basement toilet seat down and maybe even put some weight on the seat. Yes, animals can and will make their way up the line and possibly into your home.
Willard’s Plumbing is here to help you every step of the way.
